Psychological Treatment
When psychological factors or difficulties in the man’s relationship with his partner are considered an important cause for erectile dysfunction (impotence), a course of sex or couple’s treatment might be recommended. It is very useful in helping couples re-establish a sexual relationship when there has been a long period without sexual interaction because of erectile dysfunction. Sex therapy is sometimes advocated in combination with other forms of treatment. We have created a section on sex therapy - please click here. |

Cognitive Therapy (for home use)
Many men experience failure to attain or maintain an erection at some stage in their life. This is nothing to worry about. However, worrying about it may set the scene for a more persistent problem. The man becomes so preoccupied with previous erectile failure that he is unable to enjoy the arousal feelings associated with sexual stimulation. |

Sounds Positive utilizes modern understanding of how the brain works. By matching the lowering frequencies in the audio, the brain relaxes, allowing the subconscious brain to accept the positive ‘subliminal suggestions’ carefully embedded in the background of sounds of nature. These suggestions or statements are tailored to restoring your sexual confidence by working with the way your brain operates, permanently changing the information stored in the subconscious part of the brain. Impotence Pump
Several different designs of constriction devices are available. Essentially the device consists of a plastic cylinder connected to a pump, which may be either hand or battery driven, and one or more tension rings. The penis is inserted into the cylinder and activation of the pump removes the air from within the cylinder creating a vacuum. This results in blood being drawn into the penis, which immediately enlarges in a similar way to a natural erection. Once an adequate erection is produced, a tension band is slipped around the base of the penis to maintain the erection. The vacuum within the cylinder is then released and the cylinder removed from the penis. It is important that the tension ring is also removed within 30 minutes. Click here to Order Now |

Herbal Remedies
For those who prefer a more natural approach, the list of natural remedies is long, and each comes with reports of varying success rates. The more well known of these include ginkgo biloba, which is said to improve circulation, and ginseng, which for centuries has been said to stimulate many different areas of the body. One lesser-known herbal treatment does, however, appear to have proved itself in clinical trials. This is the one containing extracts from the bark and roots of the Brazilian shrub known as Muira puama, or 'potency wood'.
The number of herbal oils and creams available for people suffering from erection problems has grown over the last few years. The herbal options are mainly to help getting better erections rather than being cures for cases of sustained and more severe impotence.
