We ship your medication directly to your door using a next day service. Patient safety will always be our number one priority. HealthExpress is registered with and authorised by official regulators such as the CQC (Care Quality Commission), MHRA (Medical and Healthcare Regulatory Agency) and GMC (General Medical Council). How we work
HealthExpress provides treatment for your condition - including consultation and aftercare - and you don't even have to leave your house. Our consultation service is based on a medical online form tailored to your treatment. Based on the information received, a GMC registered doctor can safely determine whether the medication is right for you.
If the doctor has no concerns, they issue an electronic prescription and forward this to our London based pharmacy. From there, your medication is shipped directly to your preferred address. Treatments are usually delivered within 1-2 days.
Our customer service team keeps in touch with you throughout the treatment process. Should the doctor have any concerns or additional questions regarding your treatment, a friendly representative will contact you to discuss your options.
