On HealthExpress we offer the delivery with Royal Mail or UPS to guarantee a fast and efficient delivery service. You can find detailed information on all shipping options below.

Note: We cannot deliver to Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands.

Your order will be dispatched if it is approved based on your medical history and the doctor has no further questions. So, provide as many details about your medical history as possible to ensure the doctor can make a decision about treatment.

Next-day delivery is available for orders approved Monday-Friday before 16:30. Orders approved after this cut-off time will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after the cut-off on Friday will be processed and dispatched on Monday and then delivered on Tuesday. This excludes bank holidays.

How do we pack our parcels?

Each order is carefully packaged to protect the product as well as your privacy. Medications are dispatched in a safe box placed inside a standard courier envelope with no mention of the brand HealthExpress or the parcel's contents.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to the point when your treatment is dispatched. The pharmacist must destroy any medication, even unopened boxes, so we are not able to offer refunds once your treatment has been dispatched. However, should you be unable to arrange for your medication to be redelivered, the pharmacy can send your medication to a new address, provided this happens within a 30-day window.
