The Impotence Trial Pack, which is available across the UK, includes four tablets of each of the 3 most widely known impotence treatments based on pde-5-inhibitors. This includes:
These medicines all work by relaxing the blood vessels to improve the blood flow to your penis, making it much easier for you to become erect when sexually stimulated. The trial pack is available containing either the branded (Viagra, Cialis, Levitra) or the generic version of each medication.
What is a generic version?
Once the manufacturer of a branded medication loses their patent for said medication, generic suppliers are legally allowed to produce and sell copies of this medication under a generic name. These copies are based on the same active ingredient and work in the same way as the branded medication.
Generics can usually be offered at a considerably lower price. This is connected to much lower research costs as well as an increase in market competition.
Everybody is different and how they react to each medication varies. That's why the Impotence Trial Pack is so helpful. Containing Viagra, Cialis, and Levitra, each treatment has its own benefits and it is often difficult to decide which one is most suitable for you.
Take a look below to see a summary of each available medication:
Viagra was the original and first ever prescription medication for impotence, It has helped over 20 million men across the world with their erectile dysfunction. It works within 30 minutes and lasts for up to four hours.
Tadalafil, known colloquially as 'The Weekend Pill', lasts for 36 hours after ingestion. It works in approximately 30 minutes and is currently the most prescribed ED treatment in the world. It allows for the most convenience due to its long-lasting half-life. It is also available as a daily pill in a lower dosage for men who experience consistent side-effects.
Vardenafil is known for its effectiveness at a lower dosage, making it ideal for men who experience side effects from other erectile dysfunction medication. It's also recommended for men 50+ with pre-existing health conditions, such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and high cholesterol. It gets to work in around 15 to 30 minutes, and can last for up to five hours.
If you buy the Impotence Trial Pack, you should be aware that each medication is unique and lasts for a different amount of time. Generally, each medication should be taken orally with some water before or after eating. However, high-fat melas can delay the onset of its effect. The following guidelines should be followed:
The standard dose for Viagra is 50 mg, which is to be taken approximately 1 hour before sexual activity. If this dose doesn't achieve the desired effect, the dose can be reduced to 25mg or raised to 100 mg (max. per dose 100 mg) according to your doctor's recommendations. Please note, each tablet should be taken as a single dose and the maximum of 1 dose per day must not be exceeded.
Cialis can either be taken as a single dose of 10mg (or maximum 20mg) at least 30 minutes before sexual activity. The effect may persist for longer than 24 hours, continuous daily use it not recommended and the maximum of 1 dose per day must not be exceeded.
Alternatively, Cialis can be prescribed in a smaller daily dose of 5mg if regular sexual activity is expected more than once a week. This daily dose can be reduced to 2.5mg according to the recorded response. The maximum dose for Cialis daily is one 5mg tablet once a day.
Levitra should be taken 25-60 minutes before sexual activity no more than once a day. The standard dose of 10mg (5mg for orodispersible tablets) can be increased to a maximum of 20mg if required.
As with all prescription medications, you may experience some side effects. These are often mild and often vanish a few hours after you've had the tablet.
Among the more common side effects from erectile dysfunction medication are headaches, congestion, facial flushing and sometimes dizziness. The side effects you may experience will help you to decide which treatment is most suitable in the long-term.
If you experience sudden vision or hearing loss, allergic reactions or any other severe side effects, you should discontinue the treatment immediately and seek your doctor's advice.

Generally, if you have been advised to abstain from sexual activity due to health reasons, you should not be taking erectile dysfunction medication. There are other things you need to consider before commencing any treatment.
If you have a heart condition such as uncontrolled arrhythmias or angina, have had a heart attack or a stroke, or have systolic blood pressure below 90 mmHg (hypotension), the use of any of the medications included in the impotence trial pack is contraindicated and must be avoided.
You should avoid taking Cialis if you are diagnosed with uncontrolled hypertension. All three medications can be harmful for patients with existing eye conditions such as non-arteritic anterior ischaemic optic neuropathy or hereditary degenerative retinal disorders.
People with cardiovascular disease, bleeding disorders, left ventricular outflow obstruction or active peptic ulceration (stomach ulcers) should use erectile dysfunction medication with caution and under surveillance by a doctor.
An existing deformation of the penis or predisposition to priapism can also increase the risk of complications and a treatment with Viagra, Cialis or Levitra should be discussed with your doctor before you start a course of medication.
Levitra in particular demands caution for elderly patients and patients with an increased risk of developing abnormal heart rhythms due to an increased susceptibility to prolongation of the QT interval.
Patients suffering from conditions affecting the liver should avoid using Viagra completely, while Cialis and Levitra should be used with caution in smaller dose. The maximum dose for intermittent use of Cialis is set at 10mg and 5mg of Levitra in cases of mild to moderate impairment. The use of Levitra for severe liver impairment is prohibited.
The medicaitons included in the Impotence Trial Kit can be used with caution in smaller doses. if the patient is diagnosed with a kidney impairment as long as their eGFR is less than 30 mL/minute/1.73 m2. The use of Cialis daily or Levitra Orodispersible should be avoided. Any treatment should be monitored by your doctor.
Erectile dysfunction medications lower your blood pressure so you should not take them if you are also taking nitrate medication. Equally, if you take medication to regulate your blood pressure or against prostate problems, you should talk to your doctor before taking any erectile dysfunction medication.
You are also advised to avoid eating grapefruits or drinking grapefruit juice while taking these treatments as this could lead to a significant drop in blood pressure.
Please refer to the patient leaflets for each medication (available towards the bottom of this page) to get more information about the interactions and precautions of each medicine.

A good selection of remedies to try, a little early to be totally objective on the effectiveness of all the products but so far so good. It's like being a teenager again!

A little pricey as one product has expired patent & others should experience competition pressure on prices.

I have used euroclinix for the past couple of years and found their customer service excellent.
