FAQs

How does the diagnosis work?

Simply upload photos of your skin condition and answer a medical questionnaire to help our doctors evaluate your case. Our experienced GPs will review the information, assess your condition, and, if possible, suggest a suitable treatment.

Our experts can diagnose over 70 skin conditions. However, there are some cases where a diagnosis might not be conclusive. In those cases, you will receive advice on the next steps to take.

If we’re able to treat your condition, there are two options:

  • The prescription is ready for you, you can order directly from your member area with free next-day delivery.
  • We ask you to provide additional details by completing a follow-up questionnaire.

If we cannot treat your condition online, we’ll recommend visiting your GP or seeking specialist care.

Note: diagnosis fee doesn’t include medication.
